BREAKING: Obama: Iran deal is 'strongest non-proliferation agreement ever negotiated'

  Obama argued against a congressional vote that could block the Iran nuclear agreement, saying "this is the strongest non-proliferation agreement ever negotiated," that the U.N. has "unanimously supported it" and that inspectors will have daily access to Iran nuclear sites.
