| The United States and 11 other nations on Monday reached agreement on the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal, multiple media outlets reported. The deal, reportedly the largest since the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1994, would ease tariffs and duties on a wide range of goods. Opponents say it will lead to additional outsourcing of U.S. jobs. The deal must be ratified by Congress.
