BREAKING: Campbell, Omura, Tu win Nobel medicine prize

  The Nobel Prize in medicine was awarded to Irish-born William Campbell, Satoshi Omura of Japan and Chinese national Tu Youyou in Stockholm on Monday. Campbell and Omura were cited for discoveries concerning a novel therapy against infections caused by roundworm parasites, while Tu - the first ever Chinese medicine laureate - was rewarded for discoveries concerning a novel therapy against malaria.
