BREAKING: Reports: Thai prime minister says suspect in Bangkok bombing has been arrested

  Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said a man suspected in the August 17 bombing at a Bangkok shrine that killed more than 20 people was arrested near the Cambodian border, the Associated Press and The Voice of America report.
