August 22, 2015 - Registration begins at 3:00pm The Chemung County SPCA and Tanglewood Nature Center invite you - and your dog - to Woodland Wags, a 5K(ish) fun run/walk at Tanglewood's beautiful Personius Woods trails.                                No dog? No worries! Join us as we celebrate summer, enjoy the great outdoors and christen the new Woodland Wags trail!                                   The first 100 entrants will get cool Woodland Wags gear - T-shirts for the humans and bandanas for the dogs.                                   Following the run, we'll have microbrew tastings, food vendors, music, adoptable animals, information tables and kids activities in the field at Personius Woods.                                    Not interested in a trek through the woods on a summer afternoon? Join us for the after-party, at no charge.                                    No retractable leashes, please - and be sure to pick up after your dog.   Parking and sign-in will be at Tanglewood Nature Center and Museum, 443 Coleman Avenue, Elmira. Participants - both canine and human -  will be asked to walk to Personius Woods for the event - about a 15 minute walk, including a significant hill.  Sign-in for the run/walk will begin at 3:00.
