| The Colorado jury that convicted James Holmes in the Aurora, Colo., theater shooting has reached a verdict in his sentencing. Holmes, who opened fire in a packed movie theater killing 12 people and wounding 70 in 2012, is facing life in prison or the death penalty. There will be a 3-hour delay before the verdict is read so family and media can arrive at the court.
