In the magazine, Serena opens up about her friendship with tennis rival-Caroline Wozniacki, her relationship with her sister and how she pushed herself to be more forgiving. Serena's Role Helping Caroline Heal After Broken Engagement, She Said… "My phone was going crazy," Wozniacki remembers. "But I didn't want to talk to anyone." Most people got the message and stopped trying. But Serena Williams isn't most people. "I kept calling," Williams says unapologetically. Wozniacki smiles at the memory. "First she texted, 'If you don't pick up, I am going to fly to Monaco.' And then, 'If you don't answer the door, I am going to knock it down.' So I thought, OK, I better answer the phone. And I am so glad I did. She wasn't pitying me, like a lot of people were. I mean, it's not like anyone died. I was in shock, but she was really helpful because she had been through it before. She didn't sugarcoat it, and she didn't look down on me. She was really there for me when I needed her the most, and that's why I think our friendship is so strong now." "I was impressed with how strong she was," Williams says. "And you know, there will be other engagement parties." She pauses a beat. "Many." "Let's just put an end to this myth that women players cannot be friends," Williams says. "We can!" | Passenger Plane Carrying 148 People Crashes In The French Alps En Route From Spain to Germany Posted: 24 Mar 2015 04:59 AM PDT  Germanwings Airbus A320 A passenger plane carrying 142 people and six crew has crashed in the southern French Alps en route from Spain to Germany. According to reports, "the Airbus A320 disappeared from radar in the Alpes de Hautes Provence after sending a distress signal at 10.47am local time (9.47am GMT). Debris from the jet, operated by Lufthansa’s Germanwings budget airline, has been found scattered over a wide area near Barcelonnette." According to French president Francois Hollande, he did not expect there to be any survivors. He said: It’s a loss, a tragedy which has happened on our soil. I am seeking information about homes in the area it came down. It’s difficult place to access. In the meantime solidarity must prevail.’ Though the cause of the crash is not known yet, Mr Hollande has stated he would be meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the King of Spain, visiting Paris for three days. A spokesman for the DGAC aviation authority has said the plane crashed near the town of Barcelonnette about 100 km (65 miles) north of the French Riviera city of Nice. | Nadia Buari Shares Post Baby Photo? | Hell No… Posted: 24 Mar 2015 04:05 AM PDT  Nadia Buari Ghanaian actress-Nadia Buari who reportedly gave birth to twins a few weeks ago has gotten people talking on social media—by sharing the above photo, sort of claiming it’s a recent photo; post baby photo. Looking at the photo, we seem to agree with those on social media are saying, it surely doesn’t look like someone who just dropped two babies and if anything at all, it is one of Nadia Buari’s old photos. Still, the debate as to who is the father of Nadia Buari’s twins (that we are yet to see photos of) continues—and interestingly, the below photo which Nadia Buari’s mother shared some days ago also got people asking if that could be the man. | Actress Angelina Jolie Gets Ovarian Surgery To Prevent Ovarian Cancer Posted: 24 Mar 2015 03:36 AM PDT  Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Angelina Jolie is not that old but she already has several health battles she has to forestall in her future. The Oscar winning actress has already had a double mastectomy two years ago, and just last week she had to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed. According to New York Daily News, she learned she was at risk at ovarian cancer two weeks ago from a routine annual test that measures the CA-125 in her blood.
