| Posted: 25 Nov 2014 06:39 AM PST UP CLOSE and personal, this teenager encourages us to step into her world to appreciate the day to day challenges that are highlighted and which give us an insight into our interactions with our own kids.. Tell me a bit about yourself. Hi, I was born 17 years ago into a family with two older sisters. I am a very active person who loves anything to do with music. My favourite food is jollof rice but I can't prepare it (giggles). I also love nuts and grapes. I want to be an actress and business woman in future. My favourite subjects are Chemistry and History because Chemistry is the only Science I can do and History gives me the chance to express myself and talk a lot. What informed your choice of career path? I love money and I want to be famous. How would you use your position in the future as an actress to influence society positively? I would give to the poor, build schools and organise Cancer Awareness programs as many women are developing Cancer. Do you plan on having a family? Yes, I want to get married by the age of 27. I plan on having two boys and two girls but I wish they could be born old; the little ones are so fragile. Oh, and I would definitely want to get rich before I marry (smiles). My dream guy should be sweet, loving, faithful, hardworking and RICH. Then you need to start now. Do you have a boyfriend? Are you serious? (giggles) Why are you tickled? I didn't expect that question. No, I don't.(...) © Catherine for Ghanacelebrities.com, 2014. | Permalink | No comment | Add to del.icio.us Feed enhanced by Better Feed from Ozh |

The cheek on these people who are supposed to be public servants is unbelievable, as this statement from a staff of ECG shows. The Managing Director of the company was 'sacked' last week by the President, ostensibly for his failure in containing the dumsor situation. Since then, some workers of ECG have been agitating, calling for the reinstatement of their boss, but I've never paid them much mind, until I saw these statements. A myjoyonline report indicates new threats from some staff of the power distributor, and this time they are saying that if their boss does not return, they are going to plunge the country into darkness. They plan to do this by shutting down some substations. Their arguments, per the report, are that their boss has been made into a scapegoat. His dismissal is unfair, and an attack on the entire working force of the Electricity Company of Ghana.(...) © GC Staff for Ghanacelebrities.com, 2014. | Permalink | One comment | Add to del.icio.us Feed enhanced by Better Feed from Ozh |
| Posted: 25 Nov 2014 05:22 AM PST So the saga continues with no sign of abating anytime soon, as three people have been arrested in connection to aiding Naayele Amatefeh, the now legendary Ghanaian cocaine courier who was arrested at Heathrow with 12kgs of cocaine. As events surrounding the entire saga unravel, one thing that has been made abundantly clear is that Ruby must have some friends in high places to account for the brazenness of her methods. She, despite being a wanted woman and carrying such a large quantity of contraband, breezed past security at the Kotoka International Airport; the only plausible explanation being that she must have had help.(...) © GC Staff for Ghanacelebrities.com, 2014. | Permalink | One comment | Add to del.icio.us Feed enhanced by Better Feed from Ozh |
| Posted: 25 Nov 2014 05:16 AM PST Nigerian pop singing duo Peter and Paul Okoye, more commonly known as P-Square, have some sad news to contend with today as information reaching GhanaCelebrities.com indicate that their dad has passed away. The unfortunate incident occurred yesterday, Monday November 24. Details are still sketchy at this point but the elder Okoye is believed to have undergone a successful knee surgery just days earlier, and was set to go for a regular physiotherapy check-up when he fell down. The news becomes doubly sad when one remembers the duo lost their mother just two years ago. Mrs Josephine Okoye died in an Indian hospital barely hours after undergoing successful heart surgery. We here at GhanaCelebrities.com sympathise with the twins and wish them well. May Mr Okoye's soul rest in peace. © GC Staff for Ghanacelebrities.com, 2014. | Permalink | No comment | Add to del.icio.us Feed enhanced by Better Feed from Ozh |
