Steve Gallon was hired as Superintendent of schools in Plainfield, NJ, in 2008. In 2010, he was arrested along with two of his hires, for theft of educational services, conspiring to commit theft by deception, and false swearing. In 2011, the three agreed to never, ever work in NJ schools ever again to get the charges dropped. Cut to present day, and it just came out in a new investigation that the three are now working in Florida in the school system - and once again committing acts of deception. The Resident discusses our society's penchant to give scandalous second chances.
