Breaking News -- BREAKING: Russian legislators approve use of military force in Ukraine

  Russian parliament's upper house has approved use of military force in Ukraine, in a session broadcast on state TV Saturday. President Vladimir Putin had asked parliament for permission to use military force in Ukraine, due to the "extraordinary situation" there. Putin says the move is needed to protect ethnic Russians and personnel at a Russian military base in Crimea.
