View this email in your browser Tom Hughes Metro Council President News Daily digest for Friday, Sep. 18, 2015:   Council growth decision hearings to begin Sept. 24 in Portland's Jade District September 17, 2015 5:06 pm With a decision about the Portland region's urban growth boundary expected in November, the Metro Council plans several public hearings this fall, beginning Thursday, Sept. 24 in Southeast Portland's Jade District.
