'The Scorch Trials,' a sequel to last fall's 'The Maze Runner,' sprinted to No. 1 at the box office for a $30.3 million weekend, according to movie tracking firm Rentrak. The PG-13 rated blockbuster scored with younger moviegoers, 65% of whom were under 25 and skewed female (53%).
