The House and Senate Armed Services Committees reached an agreement on the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, on Tuesday. One part of the NDAA deal includes increasing funding for American military defense systems by $358 million to $9.5 billion total, and mandating that an additional homeland defense radar be built.
