A majority of U.S. Supreme Court justices express support for a Muslim woman denied a job at Abercrombie & Fitch because she wore a head scarf. Full Story: Samantha Elauf filed her lawsuit after an Abercrombie & Fitch store denied her a job back in 2008. The company said her headscarf violated their so-called "East Coast collegiate image." But civil rights laws, says attorney Eric Baxter, protects Americans against such discrimination. He believes the Supreme Court will side with Elauf.
