Alexander Semenov, a Russian Marine biologist and underwater photographer has been capturing fascinating shots of marine animals for several years. He currently works as the Head of the Divers' team at Moscow University's White Sea Biological Station.
Moon Jellyfish (Aurelia Aurita)

Semenov and his team are planning a three-year underwater adventure that will take them around the world to some yet unexplored and remote parts of the ocean where they will study a host of mysterious life-forms. More information on their mission can be found on the Aquatilis Expedition Site.
Team Aquatilis are also planning to produce their first film, starting in a couple of months' time, the film will be looking at the beautiful marine life in the White Sea.
