| Asamoah Gyan Says He Will RECONSIDER His Non-Penalty Kick Decision | Are We Ready for Him? Posted: 27 Feb 2015 02:00 AM PST Ghanaian striker and captain of the Black Stars-Asamoah Gyan who decided not to KICK any penalty for Ghana again following his crucial miss of penalties against Uruguay in the 2010 World Cup and against Zambia in the semi-final of the 2012 Nations Cup is reported to have said he will consider this decision and probably jump back on the penalty kicking train. Apparently, George Afriyie, the Chairman of the Black Stars management committee and a member of the FA's Emergency Committee told Graphic Sports "that the captain had been urged to reconsider his stance, given that he was the most experienced player, a good penalty taker as well as the team's captain whom his other players looked up to for inspiration."
