| Debtors' prisons may be on the rebound in America, with more citizens being sent to jail for not having the means to pay court mandated fines and fees. Though the US is no longer officially in the 2008 recession that devastated the pocketbooks of everyday people, the effects, including imprisonment, continue to be felt long after the much touted economic "recovery." Legal analyst Mychal Wilson has more on the alarming practice.
