Full Story: An Ebola-infected Cuban doctor, who caught the virus while treating patients in Sierra Leone, arrived on Thursday (November 20) in Geneva to get medical treatment. Coming from Freetown, his plane landed at 2330 local time, and he was forty-five minutes later transported to Geneva University Hospital in an ambulance, escorted by five cars, among which two from the police and one from the sanitary cantonal brigade. The doctor, Felix Baez, 43, a father of two children, is the first known Cuban to have contracted the disease which has killed at least 5,450 people in West Africa since March in the worst outbreak on record. According to a Cuban health official, on Wednesday, the doctor was in stable condition.
